As a Certified Integral Coach, I use a developmental lens to help you realize your ambitions and goals.
Together, we take into consideration all dimensions of your life. We work to unburden the parts of yourself that feel stuck, shy, unseen, or misunderstood. We unlock your innate powers and strengths that help you feel whole and thrive. And we identify and build up the capacities, mindsets, and practices that will help you become the person who will achieve your goals.
In my work, I draw from a variety of lenses, including positive psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, design thinking, identity studies, and the arts.

About Anya
Anya is a strategy and leadership consultant and coach. She has spent the last 15+ years working with leaders to build thriving organizations and teams—across industries, for growth-stage startups, fortune 500 companies, foundations, and nonprofits.
As a consultant, she is known to take on messy and immutable problems in partnership with her clients and integrate ethical considerations into the frameworks we work with every day (whether they be social, infrastructural, cultural, or technological). As a trained Integral Coach and ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Anya works with leaders to lead with confidence, unlock their unique superpowers, and establish balance across all dimensions of their life.
When she is not working, you’ll likely find her somewhere in the world trekking up a mountain or watching the birds in her backyard.
